Dark Royal Blue Polka Dot

This polka dot ponytail streamer measures 9". (18" from end to end) The theme of this bow features white polka dots on dark royal blue ribbon. The accent ribbons used are dark royal and silver glitter.  You can choose a shorter ribbon length if you prefer. This bow comes on a no metal elastic that is 2" round, 4mm thick and black in color. Ponytail streamers are a fun way for the girls who don't like to always wear bows to still wear ribbons.
