Ponytail streamers are a fun way for the girls who don't like to always wear bows to still wear ribbons. Each hair elastic is tested to make sure it will not snap prior to being used and is secured to the ribbons by being wrapped and glued twice around the band. The make great back to school and birthday gifts!
